Valplast® is a thermoplastic nylon material which contains no
acrylic monomer and a completely metal free coloring agent, making
it an excellent choice for patients who suffer allergic reactions
to acrylic and metal dental materials. No cadmium or harmful metals
are used in Valplast® flexible dental resin. We use the original
valplast® material when dentist ordered this. Patient can check in
Valplast® website and get warranty.

Dental Lab Service Policies
1. We speak English and Chinese.
2. Our dental Lab is closed on Sundays and Chinese holidays.
3. Rush Work (work requested less time than scheduled) will be
added an extra charge of 25% of the original price.
4. Payment: due to 30 days from the invoiced date. An estra charge
of 5% per month is carried on if payment not done over 30 days.
6. Warranty: We provide one year warranty to our products.
How to ship cases to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the case or a
digital case: |

a. Fill us an ordersheet, write as much detailed information as
possible; such as names, tooth number, service items needed, single crowns or bridge, return dates, designs, color, special
comments etc. |
| b. Working impression (model) and opposite impression (model),
study impression (model) if necessary, better silicone impressions. |
| c. Bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant,
including lab parts |
e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever
shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to
prepare a commercial invoice for Customs and a non wooden
declaration paper. Please contact our service person, we have those
format you can use. |

2. Inform us the tracking number after shipping the box away. And let
us know when you need the cases back. Digital cases please send to
our mail address trushinelab@qq.com, we will contact you when we
received the files. |
