1, Glass cermic, Emax all ceramic restorations do not have a metal
core. This means no dark metal edges. The material itself enables
light to shines through, like natural teeth, which provides natural
looking aesthethics. We can make emax in crowns, lower anterior
bridges within three units, veneers, inlay and onlays. Mostly great
for front teeth, as it is so natural that it looks like patient's
own teeth. This product is already scientifically and clinically
proven for years to be safe, no side effects. Cementation materials
are also tried and tested.
2, Now our glass ceramic/emax products can be produced by PRESS
technique and Glass ceramic by CAD/CAM technique. CAD/CAM technique
is considerably higher strength compared with competitive glass and
hybrid ceramics(press technique).
3, Material used for Emax Press technique is from Ivoclar,
biocompatible, material contains lithium disilicate glass-ceramic.
It offers great fitness, perfect form and function. In addition,
they offer improved flexural strength (500 MPa). Depending on its characters, we normally use emax on anterior
teeth.

product. We can make a really thin venner even less than 0.5mm

How to ship cases to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the case or a
digital case: |

a. Write an ordersheet, fill it with as much detailed information
as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, tooth number, service items needed, single crowns or bridge, color, etc. |
| b. Working impression (model) and opposite impression (model),
study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant,
including lab parts |
e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever
shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to prepare a commercial invoice for Customs and a
non wooden declaration paper. Please contact our service person, we have those format you can
use. |
