It is our newest products to accept digital impressions from dentists. This allows us to streamline our workflow and most importantly, reduce shipping time and freight cost a lot. We can accept any open STL file.

After we got the files from dentist, we could 3D print model work and also dental work. 3D print is the construction of a three-dimensional object from a CAD model or a digital 3D model. By using CAD/CAM (computer-aided-design and computer aided manufacturing) technique, We could improve our design and make 3D print possible. Products that we can use for 3D print: crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays maryland bridges, etc. This new technique allows us to do our products in a well-fitting way, eliminating procities and holes from old casting technique.

Here is our work flow for digital impressions:

1, Dentist make oral scanning, the stl files shall be sent to us together with a requirement of instructions to our email address.

2, After receiving the stl files, we will contact with dentist about necessary information and billing information. Dentist can make payment through the payment link provided.

3, We will start the production process, around 5-10 days later, when the constructions are done, they will be shipped back by DHL or UPS.
