We have the most advanced 5 axis dental milling machine. After
designed dental crowns, By using this machine, the crown is milled
from a block of zirconia. Once milled and sintered, the zirconia is
ready to be put on porcelain to create the final color and shape of
the tooth. Dentist could also choose to order monolitic crown in
which situation we will put no porcelain on top, we produce the
crown from a premade color and structure graded zirconia block, and
only coat with a thin layer of glaze stains.
Here is our work flow for digital impressions:
1 Dentist make oral scanning, the stl files shall be sent to us
together with a requirement of instructions to our email address.
2 After receiving the stl files, we will contact with dentist about
necessary information and billing information. Dentist can make
payment through the payment link provided.
3 We will start the production process, around 5-10 days later,
when the constructions are done, they will be shipped back by DHL
or UPS.
